GE Four Block

My husband, Dave, was an executive and business consultant for years before we purchased Soulutions. He taught me to use the GE 4-Block, and, because I'm me, I created a "pretty" version with a focal reminder in the center. (Usage instructions below.)

1. Clearly define your event or challenge.
2. Brainstorm everybody's wild and wonderful ideas.
3. Print out the worksheet above (click on the photo and print).
4. Sort out the brainstormed ideas into the appropriate sections.

• Home Run - This would give you the most bang for the buck!
• Base Hit - This is a sure fire idea that is doable and effective.
• Extra Innings - If you've got lots of resources, this will yield big results.
• Don't even think of doing these unless you are sure it's the Holy Spirit leading you here!
